3 Day Diet
A 3 day diet is a short term plan of losing weight that many people consider when they become overwhelmed by weight problems. It is however important to remember that the three day diet could mostly result to short-term weight loss and then the body reverts back to its hefty weight. The only problem with it is that after the three day of dieting you may become so hungry and end up overeating again resulting to faster weight gain than ever before. For a diet plan to work, it must start from the mind and not from the experts’ recommendation. Therefore, you must decide in your mind that you want to lose weight. Only then will you be able to lose it, even without undertaking these stringent diets.
